Danger of Youtube postings

In this video, I am of course not serious about the potential danger of Bob... at least I hope there is no reason to be!
What I'm trying to say through this video, is it is impossible to know if people are being serious, if they are trying to set a trap for somebody, or if it's a misunderstanding.
So that would not be a good idea for the police or any entity to try and watch every post, article or video, because that would only make people feel more... guarded. That would increase the feeling that we have less and less privacy and would not really improve the security, as it is an impossible task to actually detect potential criminals.
